The Ice House Artists’ Co-Op is a unique gallery showcasing and selling the work of local and regional artists. The Co-Op is comprised of more than 30 juried artists and includes hand-crafted one-of-a-kind items such as quilts, jewelry, paintings, pottery, ironwork, woodworking, photography, clay sculptures, printmaking, weaving, clothing, stained glass, knitting, hand-dyed yarn, and multi-media.
Some of the Co-Op artists are award winning and have participated in major shows such as the renowned American Craft Council Show, the Smithsonian Craft Show, the Berkeley Springs’ Apple Butter Festival, and more.
The Co-Op Gallery is collocated with the Morgan Arts Council (MAC). MAC is a center for visual and performing arts of all media. Various Co-Op artists periodically teach classes at the Ice House.
The Ice House is located in the heart of historic Berkeley Springs. Berkeley Springs is a spa and art-filled town nestled in the West Virginia mountains and is only 90 minutes from the Washington/Baltimore metro area.
