About Karen:

“My mother, as a fine artist, introduced me to art when I was a young child. Creativity is deep in my soul, a great gift from God. Join me on my journey for freedom of expression.”

In 1984, Karen earned her Associates Degree in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Philadelphia. She expresses her passions through paintings, photography, writing, performing her original songs, and creating music videos.

“Intuitive action painting” with fluid acrylics, is the method she uses to create her abstract art. Some of which have been accepted by galleries both locally and nationally for juried exhibits and contests, along with winning merit and honorable mention awards.
